Temple Square

Me and my family went to Temple Square last weekend. It was great fun and SUPER cold! The lights were wonderfully BEAUTIFUL as always. I had a GREAT time with my cute family!
I was so nervous that Lila was going to get cold. I wrapped her in six blankets. I hope it did the trick!

Oklahoma

My sister and I had the opportunity to go to a floral workshop at the Teleflora headquarters in Oklahoma City. The fabulous Hitomi Gillian taught the class. She is amazing!! We were able to absorb some of her edgy eastern design.

Rob and Brody were good sports and tagged along. While Sara and I were in class all day they hung out with Lila and explored Oklahoma, shopped at the mall and saw movies. People probably thought that they were the two dads to cute baby Lila. Dinner by the bay

Happy Fourth of July!

Hope everybody had a great Fourth of July! We had a great holiday. We spent most of the fourth with the Smith family up at the cabin. We had alot of fun camping, fishing and just hanging out and relaxing :)

Fireworks

Every year my family goes inside the stadium to watch the fireworks. I was especially excited this year to be able to see Lila's reaction to the big show. She did so good. She just sat and stared the whole time. Rob and I probably watched Lila more than the fireworks. Why wouldn't we? She's so cute!!

Lila is growing up so fast. I feel like I can't keep my eyes off of her or else I will miss something. It's so fun having little conversations with her. She loves to hear the noises that she can make. She has recently found her toes. Just the other day she was playing with her toes and of course, just like everything else, she put them in her mouth to chew on them. It was pretty funny. Lila, is also rolling over now. She hasn't quite conquered rolling back, but she'll get it:) I Love to watch her grow and change everyday but I just want her to slow down a bit!

Father's Day

Happy Father's Day! It was great to be able to see Rob and Lila spend there first Father's Day together. It has been amazing watching Rob become a dad. He is amazing with Lila. Being a dad became very easy to Rob. I remember being so proud of him in the hospital because of how natural he was with her. He is so sweet and tender-hearted with our sweet baby Lila. Rob, you are the best! Love ya!

Our First Mother's Day

Lila's blessing was such a special day for our little family. Rob and I were proud parents as we shared this fun experience with our friends and family. Lila looked so beautiful in her cute dress and her very first wrist corsage. We were so nervous that she was going to cry during her blessing but she was a good girl and just looked around at all of her family gathered around her.
